RUSSEL WRIGHT MAXWELL HOUSE MUGS MADE IN JAPAN SUPER RARE

Description

Super rare pair of mugs designed by Russel Wright for Maxwell House, circa 1960s. Wright did only two designs for this mug, and here you will get one of each - Morning Glory and Poppies. On the bottom of each one is the following: "Designed by Russel Wright For Instant Maxwell House Coffee - Made In Japan". Both in excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks. One tiny nick on the bottom and  some crazing on the Morning Glory mug. Some very minor dirt on the bottom rims. See photo.
They are certainly a must have for the true Russel Wright collector.
